Firstly, from what I understand, the specifications do not specify in what exact form the connection sealing must be achieved. Only the concentration of non-methane hydrocarbons is specified. The specific methods of implementation are matters for the manufacturing plant to figure out. Logically speaking, if the relevant information is specified in the manufacturer’s technical agreement, or if the standards regarding emitted pollutants are outlined in that agreement, and those standards are not followed or the emissions do not meet the required levels, then the supplier is responsible. It can be regarded as handling due to non-compliant device parameters. From a production perspective, this type of sealing compression device is considered an accessory in the system configuration, and different companies may adopt different approaches. To prevent leaks at the seals, there are many various solutions available. Compression structures mainly include solutions such as springs, weights, magnetic attraction, and liquid sealing. Develop your own sealing solution based on your own production conditions and circumstances; if it’s necessary to proceed in this way, then try to find the approach that suits you best. One last thing I’d like to say. From my personal experience, the more complex the original structure of a device is, the higher its probability of failure. Moreover, given the current level of environmental supervision in the country, the regulation and enforcement regarding such emissions are not strict, and the loading process is definitely done in an open manner. Most manufacturing enterprises simply install some equipment to give the illusion of compliance; as long as there are basic environmental protection measures in place, everything else can be resolved through connections and relationships.
