The company has two liquid ammonia storage tanks; as maintenance is upcoming, one of these tanks needs to operate independently. Before maintenance, the tank operates with one unit feeding material while another unit receives it and facilitates backflow ； For the current maintenance of the storage tank, it is necessary to use the same tank for receiving material, discharging material, and reflux. Moreover, the inlet and outlet pipelines of the storage tank converge at the tank base into a single pipeline leading into the tank. In this way, when operating with a single tank, especially when unloading is required, cavitation in the transfer pump is likely to occur. I need everyone’s help to figure out how to solve this problem
You can try using a vent valve to exhaust the air!
Unload and feed the material in the reflux and collection sections; if necessary, the unloading time can be extended
