May I ask about the principles for designing cold flare liquid separation tanks and hot flare liquid separation tanks?

Do those substances require a cold flare skid tank? Which ones require a hot torch separation tank? Why? Setting principles? Thank you, the answer is correct – a high score as a reward!
Our cold torches are designed to handle low-temperature fluids that vaporize easily, such as ethylene, propylene, and propane, while the hot torches are used for handling C4 and C5 fluids that are difficult to vaporize and tend to frost. Low-temperature steel is used for cold torches, while carbon steel is used for hot torches.
In my opinion, when the temperature of the gases being vented is lower than the operating temperature of the material, low-temperature materials and torch systems must be used. If the vent pipes for low-temperature media are heated, a low-temperature torch may not necessarily be required.
In our company, ethylene, propylene, butenes, and pentenes all use the same flare liquid separation tank; only the individual pipelines are made of different materials.
