Question: What brand of colorimeter is good for testing materials?

I would like to ask the experienced colleagues here: Our company has recently developed a new product that belongs to the ester category, but it has color. How can we determine its chromaticity? What brand of colorimeter do everyone use?
There are specialized colorimeters. But you must be clear about what standard the measured chromaticity is based on, as there are multiple standards for chromaticity, depending on the product and application area.
It’s used to detect platinum-brown color intensity; are there any relevant recommendations?

PT-CO chromaticity is determined by measuring the absorption of light as it passes through a medium; the chromaticity of the medium is thus assessed through the measurement of absorbance, and this method has well-established applications in the petrochemical industry
Are there any good brand recommendations? We bought one, but it doesn’t work well – it’s unable to detect chroma. Perhaps it’s not suitable for the application area we use it in; we use it to test ester products.
