Be able to put oneself in others’ shoes to determine the best way to handle matters and the responsibilities of each party. 5. Be able to gain the trust and support of leaders. 6. The ability to recognize the importance of accumulation, to believe that details determine success or failure, to distinguish between what is important and what is less important, to focus on key aspects, to know how to present information in a way that achieves better results, and so on
