For a project involving vertical storage tanks in a tank farm, operating at atmospheric pressure, what qualifications should the engineering company possess?
Consult a pressure vessel manufacturer!
If it’s just an ordinary container, no special qualifications are required; you can find some workers to carry out the work by yourself, and there’s no need for any unit to conduct inspections. Previously, we had our own welders and fitters do it.
