Emerging and future industries are being developed in a manner tailored to local conditions; new progress has been made in the development of industries such as high-end equipment, electronic information, and new materials. Future industries like artificial intelligence and quantum information are seeing accelerated progress in the research and development of cutting-edge technologies as well as their industrialization. Reform and innovation continue to deepen. Efforts have been made to strengthen the development of industrial chains; the number of leading enterprises in these chains has increased to 42, while the number of enterprises involved in these chains has risen to 774. Deepen the reform of specialized towns, with 6 new provincial-level specialized towns identified. Deepen reforms in industrial funding to promote the establishment of a manufacturing revitalization and upgrading fund. Strengthen the development of innovation platforms, establishing 7 provincial-level units for nurturing new R&D institutions and 22 provincial-level public service platforms for industrial technology infrastructure. The first batch of corporate data officer pilots was launched, with 36 companies becoming the initial enterprises to adopt chief data officer roles. Adhere to the guidance of the \"dual carbon\" goals to accelerate green transformation. The reuse rate of industrial water has reached 95.2%, and the output value of **-grade green factories accounts for 30% of the total manufacturing output value; the coverage of green production methods across the province continues to expand. Gradually cultivate high-quality enterprises. The “Jin Shan Jin Mei · Central and Local Enterprises Collaborating to Shape the Future · Four-Season Exchange Event” was held, with over 1,200 enterprises participating, resulting in a number of cooperation intentions and actual contracts. Continuing with initiatives to benefit enterprises, 794 and 452 additional innovative small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative small and medium-sized enterprises were added.
