(It’s certain that it must have been called this name in the past.) The content of the exam is very similar to that of crane operators (bridge-type and tower-type), so the same training materials can be used. The focus of the exam is slightly on the selection of lifting points, the development of lifting plans, signaling gestures, flag signals, tying methods, inspection of lifting devices, and determining when an item is unfit for use. The poster should ask local training institutions whether a special operation certificate for crane operators can be used as a substitute for the \"signaler and rigger\" certificate.
