Acrylonitrile is starting to recruit new employees. Can operators with five or six years of experience in oil refining achieve better career prospects there?

There are no current positions available in catalytic cracking. After working in oil refining for five or six years, one’s position usually becomes fixed. Now a new unit for acrylonitrile is being set up, and there will be many job opportunities. Could I give it a try? Also, hydrocyanic acid in the acrylonitrile plant should not be common in normal safe production, right?
For similar positions in different chemical plants, there is no such thing as a better one.
