The work related to warehouses is being shifted to the workshop, the quality inspection tasks are also moved there, and the environmental protection-related tasks as well. The production manager is useless; whatever other departments say goes. There’s a bunch of people who don’t do any work, and they’re really driving the workshop to collapse. Is it the same at your factory?
The workshop supervisor has a very tough job; it’s not like that in our company, where the responsibilities are clearly defined.

That’s just how we are – when something goes wrong, we turn to the production team and start worrying. So having too strong an execution ability or too high a sense of responsibility isn’t either a good thing:lol
