Temperature requirements for steam and material in the jacketed tank

It is a tank with a jacket; the temperature of the material inside the tank is 100°C, and steam from the jacket is used to maintain this temperature, ensuring that the liquid inside the tank does not solidify. What is a suitable temperature for the jacket steam? Are there any regulatory standards required?

What would happen if 6 kilograms of steam were used?
As long as it has no impact on the materials, it can also be used
The temperature should be kept above the freezing point of the material; using steam as a heating medium for materials at 100°C is not suitable.
