For example: the control room uses a walkie-talkie to give instructions to the field operator, but there is no response; the field operator is dissatisfied and asks the people in the control room to repeat an action (such as turning on or off a valve), and so on.

When you are unable to give instructions, it’s important to ask the supervisor to go to the site to assess the situation. It could also be a problem with the communication equipment, or it might be that there is no timely response from the people on site. Don’t turn everything into a matter of dissatisfaction. You can let the other person do it first and then explain the reason. If your commands are correct, your supervisor will support you.
On-site operations and control room command consist of a small team; if they are unable to coordinate their efforts and end up dissatisfied with one another, it indicates that your team spirit is very weak. Ensure good communication between the two parties involved in production to avoid any conflicts; the key is to ensure smooth production processes. Otherwise, if one party fails to cooperate, it can lead to production fluctuations at the least, or even safety accidents at the worst.
