Special parking lot for hazardous chemicals vehicles

Is there any regulation or standard that mandates hazardous chemicals manufacturing enterprises to build dedicated parking lots? Does anyone know whether the dedicated parking lots for road transport vehicles carrying hazardous chemicals in Dongying are built by enterprises themselves or by someone else?
Here, these are all built by the companies themselves. Industrial parks are also being built in some places. It depends on what your organization means by it. If you have a large number of vehicles, it is recommended to build your own system.
It seems there are no such regulatory requirements at the moment. However, most companies do have some parking space, though it’s certainly not much; around ten vehicles can be accommodated there, which is sufficient for waiting purposes
