If it is to clean residual oil from the floor, some light oil will be used to wipe the floor, but attention must be paid to the associated risks.
If washing the floor with water is intended to remove oil stains from it, it is best to first cover the contaminated area with sawdust or lime and stir thoroughly to allow it to absorb the oils.
