The unit has recruited a new batch of college and vocational school graduates, who are to be trained as chemical plant operators. I would like to discuss with everyone how to train these children so that they can become qualified chemical plant operators. Everyone is welcome to share their opinions.
1 The trainer must be thoroughly familiar with the operating procedures, both in practice and theoretically. 2. Be patient and teach step by step; 3. Have good incentive mechanisms to boost the learner’s enthusiasm and attitude.

1. First, provide a concise introduction to the company and its corporate culture. 2. Explain to employees the precautions necessary for safe work, so that they can learn how to protect themselves. 3. Teach them about their job responsibilities, the operational procedures involved in their role, the manufacturing processes, as well as the risks associated with that position. 4. When new employees enter the production area, they must be accompanied by experienced workers to prevent safety accidents. 5. A proper system of rewards and punishments should be in place to motivate new employees to learn earnestly, while ensuring that experienced workers are committed to guiding them
