Is it allowed to discharge steam condensate into the wastewater tank? Are there any requirements related to environmental protection?
It will increase your company’s environmental treatment costs (electricity bills) and consume the collection capacity of your environmental protection equipment. Your environmental impact assessment shows zero emissions, which is acceptable
Personally, I think there’s really no way to make use of it; it can be queued up, but it must be cooled to room temperature, otherwise harmful substances in the wastewater will evaporate. Under normal circumstances, steam condensate is recycled and can be used as water for boilers or as a heat exchange medium; discharging it directly is a waste!
The best approach for condensate is to recycle it; after removing iron, it should be sent back to the boiler
Does the amount of wastewater also need to increase a bit?
Discharging wastewater into tanks is permitted from an environmental perspective, but it increases the amount of wastewater that needs to be treated, thereby raising the energy consumption associated with treatment.
