As the title suggests, a coal chemical plant has multiple process units whose waste boilers require chemical dosing. Please discuss the advantages and disadvantages of carrying out this dosing either at a centralized deaeration station or at each individual process area
1. Is it necessary to add chemicals to all the waste boilers, and are the types and amounts of these chemicals consistent?； II. Is the water from the deaeration station supplied only to the waste boilers, and does the water leaving the deaeration station require no further pressurization to meet the water intake requirements of these waste boilers?
The dosage of the added substance is definitely different； The water supply from the deaeration station to the waste boiler is provided separately.
If the dosage of chemicals is different, it becomes impossible to add them centrally at the deaeration station
