The pipeline markings in the tank area last around 1 year after being painted; with a thick primer, they remain clear for a long time, while the text, being sprayed on, starts to peel off after half a year. Let’s discuss whether there are any better ways Refining and petrochemical enterprises have numerous process pipelines in their storage and transportation facilities, of various sizes, which makes management relatively complicated.

Signage can be installed under the pipe tray, indicating the type of pipeline material according to the layer and direction of the pipes.

There are insulated metal nameplates made of iron, secured with rivets; those that are not insulated are fixed with tape. The information on the nameplates does not need to be extensive – just the pipe identifier, nominal diameter, design pressure, medium, and flow direction
This is for air conditioning systems; it’s of good quality and can also be used in chemical plants, though its lifespan won’t be very long. Printing is the best option.
