According to GB51283-2020 \"Code for Fire Protection Design of Fine Chemical Enterprise Engineering\", 5.7.5: Due to their small scale, fine chemical enterprises generally do not have flares. To meet safety and environmental protection requirements, depending on the properties of the medium, the outlet pipes of some safety relief devices should be connected to incineration facilities, while others should be connected to absorption or similar facilities. In special cases where discharge into treatment facilities such as incinerators is not possible due to process conditions or properties of the medium, it can be directly released into the atmosphere, but restrictions are placed on the emission outlets to ensure personnel safety. So what should fine chemical companies do if they have small-volume storage tanks for propane, liquefied gas, etc.?
