Dear sea friends, is there a minimum flow rate requirement for long-distance pipelines transporting refined oil? What are the requirements for ground flow velocity during pigging operations? I asked many people and checked numerous standards, but nothing was found
It’s not entirely clear; it should be over 0.6 meters, I think
