To be honest, it’s not just as simple as saying that filling can only take place in the loading and unloading area, and not in the production workshop. Filling requires certain facilities and conditions. Internally, your products need to be inspected and stored; if they are filled and shipped right at the site, there will be gaps in process management. Furthermore, for different hazardous chemicals, there are many specific requirements regarding the facilities and equipment needed for gas filling, as well as safety measures. These requirements are covered by various standards, which can be referred to through standardized specifications: the section on \"5.6.3 Operational Procedures\" in the \"General Standards for Safety Standardization of Hazardous Chemicals Handling Enterprises\" AQ 3013-2008 ； Requirements of “9.7 Storage and Transportation” in the “Evaluation Standards for Work Safety Standardization of Hazardous Chemicals Handling Enterprises” (Safety Supervision General Administration Order No. 32011, Article 93). If, by comparing them with these requirements, you believe that the standards can be met, you can argue your case.
