Happy New Year to everyone! Water overflows from the acetylene gas tank; it is sealed with water, and this overflow occurs all year round, which is a great waste. In winter, anti-freezing and continuous flow measures are necessary; in summer, the system should be turned on every 4 days to prevent the liquid level from dropping. The leakage of seal water is also quite severe. Theoretically, there is a dynamic equilibrium, but in practice this cannot be achieved at all; even if it is adjusted so that there is no leakage for the time being, it still lasts only about 4 hours. After 5 hours, an alarm was triggered due to excessive seal pressure. I’d like to ask my friends if there are any good solutions?
Dig a pit to collect the overflow water, install a small pump on it to create circulation, and regularly replace the water in the pit. With environmental regulations being so strict these days, can water overflow from the gas holder?
