To manage a new project successfully, what skills are required and what tasks need to be carried out, from the feasibility study phase all the way through to the project’s commissioning? Please give me some advice!
This topic can be considered large or small, depending on the perspective. A construction project involves many aspects, and no one can possess all the skills. As a manager, with strong organizational and coordination skills, one can make good use of all available resources to advance the completion of project construction. So it’s not easy to answer the original poster’s question yet
First of all, thank you for your reply. Perhaps my question wasn’t clear enough; I am planning to pursue a construction project, and we are currently in the feasibility analysis phase. I would like to know what stages follow.
Site selection, design, component selection, recruitment, civil construction, framework assembly, installation, commissioning, trial production, and full operation. Almost all companies follow this same pattern.
