GB/T 19001-2016/ISO 9001:2015 \"Requirements for quality management systems\" (hereinafter referred to as the standard) came into effect on July 1, 2017. Its scope of application is such that it is intended to be suitable for organizations of various types, sizes, and those that provide different products and services (Note: An organization is a person or a group of people who form a functional unit with defined responsibilities, authorities, and interrelationships in order to achieve objectives). Based on the above definition, a family meets the criteria of an organization and falls within the scope of application of these standards. The following analyzes the application of standards in household financial matters. Family profile: The family consists of 4 main members, namely the elderly person, the wife, the husband, and the son. 5.2.1 Formulating a quality policy: The family’s overall policy is for the son to achieve success in his career, for all family members to be healthy (especially the elderly), and for the family to live happily ； 6.2.1 Quality objectives: The overall goal for the family is to improve the health indicators of its members as well as the work performance of the son. Sub-objectives include the time spent on studying, efficiency levels, and time dedicated to physical exercise, among others. 4.1 Internal environment analysis examines the main expenses of household spending, including the basic living costs for a family of three and the expenses related to supporting the elderly ； 4.1 External environment analysis: This covers the basic household expenses, as well as other costs besides those related to taking care of the elderly, such as the husband’s social engagements, various ceremonial occasions, the potential impact of rising prices, purchases of fixed assets, and other unexpected events ； 4.2 Understanding the needs and expectations of stakeholders: The son is already employed; next, he needs to start a relationship and get married, and there is an urgent need to buy a car and a house. There is a Chinese proverb that goes: Build a nest to welcome the phoenix; without a nest, how can there be a phoenix? 6.2 Quality objectives and plans for their achievement: To maintain a balanced household budget while ensuring a decent quality of life, it is necessary to be thrifty. A spending plan has been established, with monthly expenses limited to 3,000 yuan for living costs, 1,000 yuan for supporting the elderly, and 3,000 yuan set aside each month for savings aimed at purchasing a house or car. 6.1 Measures to address risks and opportunities: To cover expenses other than those related to the household, a contingency fund of 2,000 yuan has been allocated to deal with emergencies or as a long-term reserve. 9.1.3 Analyze and evaluate various expenses and savings; use Excel sheets to organize and manage this information. In the event of a deficit, timely alerts are issued, and comparisons are made with previous years to adjust internal costs as appropriate. 8.2.1 Customer communication: One day, my husband called and said he needed to treat a colleague for working overtime, and it would cost 500 yuan ； The wife asked how many people there were What category of hotel? What kind of wine should we prepare, and what dishes? After everyone had eaten and drunk their fill, the guests were sent off. When the husband returned home, his wife said to him, “These past few months, you’ve been hosting parties outside quite often, and the expenses have been high. Additionally, you’ll need to set aside more money to cover household expenses. Husband: “Okay, it’s fine if you make the decisions regarding household matters; your decisions will prevail in family affairs.” (5.3 Organizational positions, responsibilities, and authorities) The smart and virtuous wife gladly took on this leadership role, caring for the family and keeping busy with all the household tasks. (5.1 Leadership and Commitment) Due to their advanced age, the elderly have a poor ability to absorb nutrients, so they need more nutrition. The husband, who is often on business trips and eats out because of his work, is in a sub-healthy state constantly. Realizing her limited knowledge about proper dietary nutrition, the wife enrolled in a short-term nutritionist training course (level 7.2) to learn about various dietary plans suitable for the elderly, her husband, and children. During statutory holidays, go back to the parents’ home with the children, help them with household chores and prepare meals they like (such as dumplings), take them for walks, exercises, and photos in the park, teach the children to be filial to their elders, and leave behind reflections on life (7.1.6 Organizational Knowledge). Full of hope for the coming year, the wife continues to improve her cooking skills, the husband works hard to earn money, and the whole family works together to create a happy and fulfilling household.
