Does anyone know what a scapegoat device is in a factory? Please provide details—how does it work?
Here is an example for reference. There was a post on this forum promoting cooling tower fans that eliminate motors, using the residual pressure from backflow to drive the turbine impeller, thereby achieving energy savings. . . . . If such effective energy-saving measures are to be adopted by a leader and you need to get their approval first, it’s likely that such projects will be used as scapegoats.
