I mainly want to ask if anyone is working while obtaining professional certifications, such as those for construction engineers, safety engineers, cost engineers, etc
Taking exams is still for getting a job; when will it end? It’s better to be your own boss. :D
There are plenty; surely there are people who don’t work just to obtain certificates?
This kind of situation is common; learning is endless
