Various operation records of circulating water

I’m from a equipment manufacturer, and I need some daily operation data related to industrial circulating water, including water quality data and records of water supply and discharge. The client should have such records, right? Or are there any templates or something I can refer to? I hope you can share them; I’d be extremely grateful.
Party A is quite troublesome; they don’t have some of the necessary materials. I’ll have to edit them myself once I get them so that they can be used for the inspection.
This data must be provided by the user; theoretical data has little reference value.
