Yanshan Petrochemical receives Ecovadis Bronze Certification

　　According to Sinochem New Network, on November 19, Yanshan Petrochemical received the Ecovadis Bronze Certification, becoming the first enterprise within the state-owned assets sector in the rubber industry to achieve this honor. 　　The Ecovadis assessment system assigns scores to companies on a percentage basis. Centered around four key themes—environment, economy, society, and governance—it establishes a comprehensive evaluation framework comprising three levels, seven indicators, and 21 specific criteria; the score obtained reflects the company’s level of sustainable development. Since the implementation of this certification in 2023, Yanshan Petrochemical’s score has been rising year by year. The certification process for 2025 took 7 months; the Production Department took the lead in coordinating 15 various departments, the synthetic rubber factory, and the Logistics Center to conduct multiple training sessions. Task assignments were made for the list of issues, the list of technical improvements, and the training records, ensuring that responsibilities were assigned to specific individuals ； Experts were also invited for one-on-one guidance, and ultimately the goal was achieved through the combined efforts of all relevant parties.
