According to Sinochem New Network, in 2025, the Ordos High-Tech Zone focused on the recognition and registration of technology contracts as a key approach to continuously improving its service systems, enhancing policy support, and providing targeted services. A total of 131 new technology contracts were recognized and registered throughout the year, with the total value of these contracts reaching 300 million yuan, representing a 36.8% increase compared to the previous year. It is understood that the registration of technical contracts in the Ordos High-Tech Zone covers five categories: technology development, transfer, consulting, services, and licensing, featuring a pattern of \"leadership in core areas coupled with coordination among various business formats.\" Among them, 60 contracts related to technology development were registered, with a transaction value of 235 million yuan, accounting for 78.1% of the total transaction value and serving as the key driver of growth ； 51 contracts in the technical service category were registered, with a transaction value of 61.4987 million yuan ； Contracts related to technical consulting, transfer, and licensing have seen steady growth, giving rise to a multi-level, end-to-end ecosystem for technical transactions. In the Ordos High-Tech Zone, 40 transactions were registered in the field of environmental protection and comprehensive resource utilization, with a total transaction value of 108 million yuan, accounting for the majority ； 23 entries were registered in the field of new energy and high-efficiency energy conservation, with a transaction value of 77.8261 million yuan, showing outstanding performance ； 47 entries were registered in the field of electronic information, accounting for the largest number; the transaction value in this area was 61.8617 million yuan. The three major fields together contributed 82.2% of the total transaction value. At the same time, breakthroughs have been achieved in fields such as aerospace and biomedicine, reflecting the diversified development of technological innovation. In terms of service system construction, the Ordos High-Tech Zone strictly adheres to the management measures for the recognition and registration of technical contracts in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, integrating policy implementation with service optimization. In 2025, two policy briefing sessions were held, serving over a hundred enterprises; online channels were established, three new registrars were trained, cooperation with the science and technology departments of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Ordos city was strengthened, a rapid response mechanism for issues was put in place, more than 100 consultations and guidance sessions were provided, and the processing time was reduced to within 10 working days. To promote the transformation of achievements, the Ordos High-Tech Zone has innovatively implemented a two-way service model of \"evaluation and oversight + capacity building within enterprises\". Organize expert reviews of large and complex contracts, provide one-on-one guidance at over 40 enterprises and research institutions, and facilitate the local transformation of a number of high-quality scientific and technological achievements.
