For a new chemical plant project, I wasn’t involved in the initial stages; but after it was built, a group of people wanted to walk away from their responsibilities. What documents are required for both the owner and the handover of ownership? As far as I know, they include: PID diagrams, equipment layout diagrams, and pipe specification tables
Equipment records (registration documents, usage logs, etc.).
Technical documents, agreements, technical modification materials, commissioning preparation status； Status of material procurement and arrival ； Safety-related approval documents for safety preparations, installation inspection and acceptance records, as well as commissioning records ； Marketing readiness ；
