However, the flow rate of methanol vaporized by the stripping gas vaporizer fluctuates around 10 tons. Has anyone encountered such a problem? The top of the tower has three flow paths: a heat bypass, a line from the safety valve to vaporizer E1103, and a line from the safety valve to E1207, which then leads to the top reflux tank

Try using only one of the E1103 units; set the other one to a lower degree of operation as a thermal bypass. Using both units at the same time may lead to air competition

I’m not sure about the fluctuations in your tower pressure; how long after the installation was put into operation did this problem start to occur? I have encountered fluctuations in gas flow caused by variations in tower pressure before. It is recommended to install an oil separator in the sedimentation tank; otherwise, your feed composition will change, leading to fluctuations in tower pressure and flow rate.
