Relationship between the cooling load of the distillation tower and that of the heat exchanger in proii

As shown in the picture in the attachment, there are two heat exchangers and one distillation tower. How can the total heat load of the two heat exchangers be applied to the top of the distillation tower (in other words, how can this heat load be supplied to the distiller)? I urgently need the help of all experts! ! !
A distillation tower doesn’t have a reboiler, right? It’s just a tower device similar to an absorption tower.

Open the tower’s settings screen, click on Heaters and Coolers Tray and enter 1; then click on DUTY, followed by Define in the top left corner. Check the box and click “=” to select Parameter+Parameter. Click on the first parameter and make the settings as shown in the figure below. The same applies to the second parameter. Just click confirm at the end.
