A tower for washing acetic acid exhaust gas with 15% NaOH; according to the previous drawings, there are certain requirements. Is this a standard nozzle component? On what criteria?
Type A1 spiral nozzles produce a solid conical spray shape, with a jet angle of 60~120°. This compact nozzle enables maximum flow rates of liquid in pipes of a given size, and its well-designed channels minimize blockages to the greatest extent possible. This type of nozzle can be installed or replaced in the vast majority of piping systems. Nozzles with specifications ranging from 6.4 to 50 mm are manufactured from alumina ceramics, 316 stainless steel castings, polypropylene, and polytetrafluoroethylene. Application areas: flue gas desulfurization, gas cooling, evaporative cooling, dust removal.
