The tower units manufactured by our company for our clients have been under repair for nearly a year, at a cost of almost one million. The issues reported on site were that the levelness of the tray support rings inside the tower was outside acceptable limits. This raises the question: what are the key points that need to be controlled during the manufacturing of tower vessels? Which dimensions will be affected by these points? There is no such thing as an advanced manufacturing process; the key is to maintain strict control over every step, including the manufacturing dimensions of the tray and support ring components, marking of the internal parts, assembly, and welding – then there will be no problems. What’s feared is the word “seriousness,” yet it is often this very seriousness that is lacking!
It depends on the leadership; they would rather extend the timeline than compromise on quality. I’ve seen cases where it takes half a year to manufacture the tower equipment in some companies, while on-site repairs take a year.

I find reliable manufacturers to carry out the production, and I have never encountered any issues with the levelness of the support components – this is a fundamental requirement for pressure vessel manufacturers, and tower vessels are among the easiest to manufacture.
