Wax oil hydrocracking distillation column

In the wax oil hydrocracking distillation column, there is a pipeline that runs out of the column and back into it just below the mid-section reflux line; there is no heat exchange anywhere along this pipeline. What is its purpose?
No, it’s just going out of the tower and back in again, with no heat exchange taking place in between. I don’t understand what purpose it serves
Is it drawn from below and sent back up?
Just a cable, no equipment at all? ?
It’s for balancing the tower pressure; from your description, it seems to be a balance pipe at the pump inlet and outlet.
