Can carbon steel insulation rings be used for stainless steel tower equipment?

I’m seeking advice from everyone. For stainless steel towers, the welding insulation supports are made of stainless steel, but the insulation rings are made of carbon steel. Although they aren’t directly connected to the main body of the equipment, is this approach acceptable?
I think it’s fine; it seems to be carefully designed as well, with bolts used for that purpose

It can be used without direct contact with stainless steel equipment
