Methanol water distillation tower

The methanol content in the wastewater discharged from the methanol distillation tower of my company has suddenly increased. The temperature at the bottom of the tower is around 140°C, and the methanol concentration has risen to about 4%. What could be the reason for this, and how can it be adjusted?
What is the pressure at the top of the tower? Is it too high?； Is there any abnormally high level of methanol in the feed?

What’s the tower pressure difference? Is there any drift phenomenon? Refeed the tower for operation; if the same issues occur, shut down the tower to check the overflow weir and other internal components of the tower.
