What is a mist-reducing, water-saving cooling tower?

Although it’s obviously advertising, I’d like to hear more about it.
Principle: Based on the fundamental theories of condensation heat transfer, thermal conduction, and convective heat and mass transfer, the water vapor generated through evaporation of the cooling tower’s circulating water is deeply condensed into a film through convective and thermal conduction processes. This vapor is then collected for reuse, thereby effectively improving the utilization rate of the circulating water and simultaneously reducing the formation of visible mist in the cooling tower.
