When the Baitu Tower starts to operate in cross-line mode, flushing is carried out from bottom to top at the time of commissioning; the upper part’s pressure is reduced, and there are sight glasses. Once liquid begins to flow out through the sight glasses, the lower inlet valve and the upper exhaust valve are closed. This flushing method is used for both valves – one valve is put into use first, with both operating in parallel, and then they are connected in series via a series connection line! When the bromine index of benzene is not up to standard, considering switching or changing the reagent is necessary; they are generally used in series, sampling is carried out using an intermediate sampler, and it is best to dry them one by one! The series process is too long and the heating is slow; one unit can be removed after it has been dried, and then another unit can be put into use for drying!
