It would be better to add the reason. There are just a few possibilities: 1. Overloading, exceeding the torque limit, which causes the safety devices to fail ； 2. The load-bearing capacity of the steel structure decreases, mainly due to a decline in the performance of the welded and bolted connections ； 3. Illegal construction was carried out during the erection and demolition; the demolition was not performed in accordance with the prescribed procedures or requirements
