Can tower equipment made of 2.5mm stainless steel sheet withstand acidic materials at high temperatures of 400°C?
It’s likely that few people will be able to answer the question posed by the original poster, as the description of the problem isn’t clear enough; even the most basic parameters such as diameter, pressure, tower height, and the type of medium involved are missing.

How big is this tower? Are the internal trays and packing in the tower heavy? Has the mechanical strength of this tower been calculated?
For such high temperatures, stainless steel is preferred, and it is advisable to choose steel with a carbon content of not less than 0.04%. For pure stainless steel, although 2.5 mm meets the minimum thickness requirement specified in GB150, for tower equipment it is also necessary to take into account internal pressure, wind load, seismic loads, and so on. This proposition is a bit unrealistic.
