The cooling effect is poor; what is the most direct indication of this? Did it occur when the device was first put into use or during normal operation? Check the cooling efficiency of the water cooler and air cooler
It is because the cooling effect of the water cooler is poor, which prevents the material at the top of the tower from cooling down; the reflux pump then sends the material back into the tower, causing the pressure to rise. Suggestions: 1. Ensure thorough venting at the peak of the water flow in the water cooler. 2. Are there any blockages in the tubes of the water cooler? 3. The cooling capacity of the water cooler selected may be insufficient.
The feed temperature decreased by 20–30 compared to normal levels℃
Under the non-condensable gas exclusion test, it depends on whether the non-condensable gas is to blame
The reason may be due to various factors: 1. High feed temperature or reboiling temperature. 2. The tower pressure is too low. 3. The water cooling load at the top of the tower is insufficient, or the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet water in the circulation system is too small; as a result, water vaporizes inside the tube bundle, reducing the cooling efficiency further. In short, the vapor load at the top of the tower is still too high; let’s look for the reasons in this regard.
The cooling effect is clearly poor; the cooling water has vaporized, meaning there isn’t enough cooling capacity. Increasing the amount of cooling water should solve the problem.
