During operation, the high-pressure ash water pumps manufactured by Chongqing Pump Factory experienced a sudden increase in vibration at the drive end and the non-drive end; simultaneously, the temperature of the pump’s sliding bearings rose sharply, causing the pumps to stop operating. A total of 5 pumps are in operation, and this issue has occurred twice already with two of them. I earnestly ask experts from all over to help analyze the cause.
What is the vibration level at startup? After how long of operation does the vibration increase, and what is the level of vibration once it increases? Could you provide the parameters of the pump?
One pump has been in operation for 2 months; the vibration levels on the drive side and the non-drive side have remained around 1.0. However, the vibration level on the drive side suddenly increased to 4.3, while that on the non-drive side rose to 5.6

Don’t the traffic parameters change during operation?
During operation, there was no significant change in flow rate, and the vibration of both pumps increased suddenly
Is there a lack of oil, or has the oil become dirty?
Is there cavitation? Check if there are significant changes in the motor current
The oil is newly replaced 32# turbine oil
There was also no cavitation phenomenon, and the current dropped from 43A to 40A
Judging from the current, cavitation is likely present; check whether there is any blockage or foreign objects in the inlet filter or pipes
