According to the operating procedures, too low a temperature at the top of the distillation tower can cause water vapor to surge into the tower? How to analyze it? ?
The temperature at the top of the tower is low, and there is liquid water on the tray; this water accumulates and flows downward to the lower part of the tower, where it causes bumping and disrupts normal operation.
In this case, it usually only flows onto the upper trays, right? The middle and lower parts should be fine, right?
