Is it still necessary to conduct a hydrostatic test on the entire tower structure on site?

As the title suggests, on-site, some people said that the towers present in their entirety also need to undergo hydraulic pressure testing, while others said they don’t need it. I’m seeking an explanation. If a hydraulic pressure test is to be conducted, should it be done after or before the tray is installed? ?
Typical tower manufacturers conduct a full pressure test on the tower equipment in the factory, and since your tower is a unitary structure, it will be subjected to another pressure test after it is installed on site and the internal components are fitted inside it
The second floor is correct; hydraulic testing should be carried out at the manufacturing plant, as it is not possible to conduct such testing after the installation at the site of the newly built facility.
The equipment as a whole has undergone hydrostatic testing at the manufacturing plant; therefore, no further hydrostatic testing is required upon arrival at the site, as it was done before the installation of the internal components of the tower.
It’s not necessary to do it on-site, nor are the conditions available for doing so.
