How to enter the skirt height for SW6 tower?

When using SW6 to calculate towers, the software requires the input of the skirt height. May I ask whether the input value for the skirt height refers to the actual height of the skirt, or rather the height from the skirt bottom plate to the weld between the lower head of the tower and the tower shell? What is the basis for this?
It should be the distance between the cylinder and the lower head WL line; this height, together with the cylinder length you enter, is used to calculate wind loads and similar factors. You can take a look at the examples provided in the standards for towers
In the SW6 help, under “Tower Equipment” → “Skirt Data Entry”, item 3 states: “3. Skirt height: refers to the height from the foundation to the weld joint where the lower head is welded to the cylinder.” ”
