For more than a month, the Zhejiang Petrochemical Ethylene Project Branch of the First Installation Branch of Sinopec No. 10 Construction Company, which is responsible for the installation and construction, has been carrying out modular assembly of propylene towers on the ground.
Sinopec Heavy Lifting and Transportation Engineering Co., Ltd. and Xugong Group are also actively carrying out crane assembly, commissioning and hoisting preparations. This hoisting will use the second XGC88000 4000-ton crawler crane made by XCMG Group and the XGC16000 1250-ton crawler crane made by XCMG China.
This hoisting uses the XGC88000 4,000-ton crawler crane for main lift + XGC16000 1,250-ton crawler crane for slip-tail delivery. The main hoisting 4,000-ton crawler crane has a 102-meter main boom + a 27-meter jib working condition. The diameter of the 2# propylene distillation tower is nearly 8 meters, the erection height reaches 110 meters, and the main crane lifting weight reaches 1914 tons.
