Analysis can be conducted based on factors such as the pH and temperature of the saltwater; too high a pH or too high a temperature can affect the shape of the magnesium ions as they precipitate. If the particles are small, they are more likely to get dispersed in subsequent processing stages. Additionally, the resin tower can be checked to determine whether there are any leaks in the relevant valves and whether there are issues with the regeneration process.
