Chelating resin column

The resin in the chelation resin columns breaks down completely under those conditions, resulting in the loss of resin from all three columns; it is known only that the temperature is at the normal level of 60°C.
What are the inlet water quality and desorption mode respectively?
The water quality is 300 g/l saline, with the aim of adsorbing the calcium and magnesium ions in the saline to keep their concentration below 20 ppb
Resin loss? How could all the resin from three columns be lost when only two columns are in operation?
During normal operation of the three towers, it is not yet time for regeneration.
Which resin are you using? Resin can only be damaged, not dissolved or disappear. In other words, it’s possible that the resin manufacturer you’re using focuses solely on increasing the adsorption capacity at the expense of the resin’s strength, which leads to the resin being damaged and lost
This post was last edited by shang5399 on 2018-1-29 at 16:12. Has anyone checked the resin screen at the bottom of the tower to see if it’s damaged and has caused the resin to be washed away? Is there resin present in the resin collector?
The internal structure of the resin tower is in good condition, and no resin was found in the collector.
