As the title suggests: there are, in sequence, the equipment foundation diagram, the material preparation diagram for the tower vessel, the construction sketch of the equipment, the detailed blueprint of the equipment, the diagram showing the position of the pipe connections, the construction diagram for the lifting lugs, the diagram of external pre-welded components, the sketch of the components inside the tower, and the detailed blueprint of those components inside the tower. 1. Throughout the entire process of design, construction, and procurement, that is, during the manufacturing of the tower vessel/container, at which stage of the design process are these different versions of drawings produced, and what parameters are required before they are created? 2. What are the differences between these various versions of drawings? 3. Which version of the drawings can be used by equipment manufacturers? 4. Who is responsible for producing the drawings for each of the above versions: the equipment manufacturer, the design institute, the manufacturer of the tower internals, or the lifting company? The basis for starting the production of a tower must be blueprints; plain drawings are invalid
1. Equipment construction blueprints, pipe connection locations, lifting lug drawings (determined through consultation among the owner, lifting contractor, manufacturer, and designer), drawings of external pre-welded components, and blueprints of components inside the tower (prepared by the designer of those internal components, which are usually welded parts). 2. All of the above are drawings used by the manufacturer; specific requirements shall be in accordance with the terms of the contract. Specific contracts for specific construction work.
